Exercise

    physical exercise very useful in controlling the  stess.  It's an attitude stimulates fight or flight and probibly burns off stress hormones. Many people find  that running and  walking,  and other  forms of exercise, continuous rhythmic helps to release tension. Exercise also helps to  stay in good physical health, of course.
